We are an architecture firm in Southern Florida that works exclusively with churches. Our Focus is on your vision, and the community you are called to impact.
Our design goal is to ask enough questions to begin to understand you, match that to the community you serve and seek to create a space that unites them together. We are involved in ministry first hand. We talk and listen to pastors dreams and visions. We track and set facility trends for our ever-changing culture.
Our experience includes over 230 church projects from 1979 to today.
Our team of professionals has combined design experience of over 130 years. This experience helps us balance and prioritize aesthetics, function, and budget to design the right project for your ministry.
From conceptualization to project completion and everything between.
For developing your site with parking, walkways, landscape, storm water containment, signage, utilities and waste collection.
To graphically represent the functional space required for your activities, for all ages, for today and tomorrow for all vertical construction.
Including (but not limited to) permit assistance, quality, and features review, completeness for payments, and administration of the final punch list.
For sharing the vision in community and fundraising.
To build a family-friendly, Jesus-centric, theme for your children’s ministry.
To engage your congregation with modern visuals.
To know the expected cost of construction for borrowing and banking.
To help you most effectively raise support to complete the vision God has given you and your church.
For non-building related items, including but not limited to: soft cost, engineering and testing, thematic or interior design, audio and video requirements, landscaping & irrigation, furniture, fixtures, equipment, kitchen equipment, permitting fees, impact fees, utility fees, fundraising expenses, Loan carrying costs, playgrounds, and more.
Most of our church designs are second or third phase components of an earlier project by Pastors Architect. We enjoy our relationship most when we are simply included in a conversation that is much deeper than a contract. Our Pastor and Leader relationships include making introductions to someone who needs encouragement or just wants to pick-some-ideas from another Leader further down that road.
